Ticket Submission Guidelines

We ask that you please help us to help you by being as detailed as possible when submitting a ticket, the better the information you provide the faster we will be able to resolve your issue.
Below are some tips:
  • Include as much information as you can in your support ticket while being polite and to the point (facts, not manifestos)
  • Explain step-by-step how to reproduce the scenario or problem you are describing
  • Include any error messages that occur on-screen or are found in logs
  • If you think a screenshot would help, please include one
  • State when the problem started and what changes were made immediately beforehand
  • Do not open multiple tickets. No matter how urgent your report may be, opening multiple tickets will slow down the whole support process and will also consider your ticket to be new which will place you at the back of the line.
